Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga can be translated to “breath-synchronized movement”. This is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which combines physical postures, or asanas, with breathing.

Our Vinyasa classes will be more energetic and aerobic. It is a strong, yet gentle class. We start with an easy warm-up (promoting body and breath awareness) then move onto a dynamic flow of different postures and we end once again with a gentle cool down.

Attending our Vinyasa Yoga classes will leave you recharged and relaxed. This class focuses on building Strength, flexibility, and concentration.

Vinyasa yoga is perfect for beginners but very popular with experienced yogis as well – all-round a great idea for yogis of all experience levels.
