A Cape Town native, is the co-founder and studio manager of Yoga House, who will run the daily operations.
I have a true passion for teaching and am a strong believer in all the benefits that can come from a physically safe and dedicated Yoga practice. After experiencing first hand, so much of what the practice of Yoga can do for the mind, the body and the soul, all I wanted to do was share this practice with as many people as I can. Once you have found something so seemingly simple, but with such an immense impact on your life, both physically and mentally, you cannot help but share and be apart of someone else’s beautiful journey. Whether that is to move better, move more, touch your toes or to simply feel better in your skin. I finished my 200hr Teacher Training with Jim Harrington of ReUnion Yoga and Meditation in Woodstock, which included branches of Physiology and Anatomy. I then extended my schooling with an extra 100hr Advanced Anatomy Training with Jim. I also did an advanced 150hr online training with Jim’s instructor, Simon Borg. Most recently I did an additional 50hr training in Yoga For Sports, to help sports professionals set and achieve certain goals in their line of sport, using the practice of Yoga. I am currently at 500hrs of certified training and have no intention of stopping any time soon.
