How it works

1. Sign up with Zoom
You can make a free account and download the app for mobile or desktop here https://zoom.us/

2. Join classes
Click on the link for the class you want to join in the schedule. We are online 10 minutes before class starts to say hello to everybody and get ready and into the calm. Only physical distancing, not social distancing!
IMPORTANT: When opening the link, you need to register for the class with the same credentials you used to sign up for Zoom.

3. Enjoy the class
Our classes will be held just like in the studio. The teachers will guide you through the flow.

Weekly Schedule

MONDAY
9 AM – VINYASA UPPER BODY | CORE & ARMS – Carelene

In this class we will slowly build upon a series of asanas, holding them in the beginning to add the strength aspect of the class and then linking them together in an effortless flow to get the heart rate up. This class will focus on strengthening the body and calming the mind.

5.30 PM  – 30 Min CONDITIONING FOR YOGA | LOWER BODY – Rossouw

This class is an Authentic Yoga house method that will introduce the beginner yogi to the mobility & conditioning aspect of Yoga, or challenge the advanced practitioner in the strength dynamics of their practice.

TUESDAY
8 AM – YOGA FOR BEGINNERS – Charet

This class will focus on opening up and preparing the body to move optimally through a series of basic yoga poses. More time will be spent on ensuring correct alignment and proper engagement to get the most out of your practice.

WEDNESDAY
8 AM – VINYASA | LOWER BODY – Carelene

In this class we will slowly build upon a series of asanas, holding them in the beginning to add the strength aspect of the class and then linking them together in an effortless flow to get the heart rate up. This class will focus on strengthening the body and calming the mind.

6 PM – 30min CONDITIONING FOR YOGA  | UPPER BODY – Rossouw

This class is an Authentic Yoga house method that will introduce the beginner yogi to the mobility & conditioning aspect of Yoga, or challenge the advanced practitioner in the strength dynamics of their practice.

THURSDAY
9 AM – BEGINNER VINYASA – Carelene

In this class we will focus on gradually building a slow flow of linked yoga postures, suited for all levels. We will direct attention to our breath, linking our movements to our breath.

5:30 PM – YIN YOGA – Charet

This class will help to restore and relax the body. Take this as your active rest day. Move through a series of passive floor stretches, held for 3 – 5 minutes each. Concentrating on full deep breaths. End the class with a 10 minute guided Yoga Nidra. ( Relaxation technique )

FRIDAY
9 AM – INTERMEDIATE VINYASA FLOW ( INVERSIONS ) – Carelene

This class slowly builds, in order to prepare the body and mind to go upside down. We will focus on a variation of poses where the hips are above the head, while being mindful of our own journey and our own limitations.

10 AM – FULL BODY VINYASA FLOW – Carelene
